Your diet plan is developed in collaboration with a specialist plant-based chef who has a background in herbalism, ensuring that your meals and herbal support are both nourishing and aligned with your healing goals. You’ll also receive my custom tea blend, carefully formulated to soothe inflammation and support hormonal balance.
Throughout the month, you’ll have weekly check-ins with me for ongoing guidance and adjustments. You’ll also receive personalised yoga videos to support gentle movement and reconnection with your body.
